Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. A non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments. If a booking fee has been paid, it will be applied toward any applicable cancellation or no-show fee. If no booking fee was collected, the fee will be charged to the card on file. Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred when rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows will be charged 75% of the service total. Any booking fee paid will be applied toward this amount. Future appointments will require a non-refundable booking fee. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show at my discretion. If I am able to accommodate a late arrival, the service will end at the originally scheduled time and the full service price will still apply. No refunds. If an adjustment is needed, one complimentary touch-up will be provided within 72 hours of your appointment.
